Do we need a referral?

All bookings will require a valid referral prior to booking with our team. The referral must not be more than 12 months old and referred to one of our specialists in clinic not the clinic itself.
The referral can be e-mailed to our admin team by your GP/ Doctor or brought a physical version in prior to your first appointment.

Are walk-ins available?
Adelaide Specialist Hubs is an appointment based Specialist Centre. Please contact the clinic with a valid referral to book in an appointment.

How much will my gap be?
Gap Payments are set by your Specialist and vary by appointment type. Please confirm all payment details at time of booking.

I have been referred by my GP, what do I do now?
Once a referral has been sent from a GP to Adelaide Specialist Hubs, there is nothing you need to do.
When a referral is received to Adelaide Specialist Hubs, our Specialists will triage the referral and the admin team will be in contact with you to book. This process can take up to 7 days.
